About what, what what?

It stands for Win, Win, Win! And on Wednesday our Wish became Wonderfully true! Way to go W!

But Kerry gave a very nice speech today. We Wish him Well(in private life).

I am aware that John is still in public life, and I do not wish him ill in public life, only an eventual happy return to life beyond politics. I think we've all had quite enough of politics lately. November 3rd came not too quickly for me.

The dear sister

Thanks for the update dearest sister-in-law. I suppose with four more years I should have asked what, what, what, what. I do agree very strongly that morality has more to do with life than abortion and gay issues. It’s sad if those become the only issues on which one gauges ethics. Speaking truthfully should be right up there at the top with acting with justice, fairness, and charity. After hearing too many ads from both sides, I got the impression that the truth got stretched and twisted too often.

Although I can find many faults with Bush and disagreed with him on many issues during the last four years, I cannot agree with you that he was a divider (especially compared to most in Washington.) Unless he is a master deceiver (or really slick) it sure seemed to me that he went out of his way to work with those on the other side of the aisle.

But even though I have problems with the “W”, I am comforted by the national results. May you find similar solace in Obama’s trouncing of Keyes. From some of the things I heard and read, he did not do the Republicans proud. I would have thought he would be a better carpet-bagger than that.

And then if you could send advice on what to do about the situation in MN, where the Democrats gained, I think, 12 State House seats. I think Minnesotans must be jealous that Massachusetts takes a bigger chunk of their citizens’ money each year. Oh well, if St. Paul doesn’t take it, Washington will.

I’ll step aside now, and let the sisters battle it out.

The battle is won I will say no more.
